Mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation for Study Abroad

SCCT 2048. Students studying with a non-娇色导航program are required to attend one pre-departure orientation session. Students attending a 娇色导航Program will receive pre-departure instructions from their program. Students studying on a non-娇色导航domestic program will receive instructions separately.

Students will find this under their program tasks in Via TRM. Submit the form in Via. Students studying with a 娇色导航Program should follow instructions from their 娇色导航Program Coordinator. Students studying in a domestic program will receive further instructions by email.

Deadline to submit Petition for Transfer Credit form for Fall 2025 and Full Academic Year 25-26

Students participating in a non-娇色导航program should submit this form to the Registrar's Office at regofc@hamilton.edu or Elihu Root. Students participating in a 娇色导航Program receive 娇色导航credit and do not need to petition for transfer credit.
